Aloo tikki Naan, is a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent, it is well known in North India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Preparation is made of boiled potatoes and various curry spices.

Ingredients -

For aloo tikki -


4-5 nos Boiled and mashed potatoes

1 tsp Cumin powder

1 tsp Ginger garlic powder/paste

4 tbsp Rice flour

¼ tsp Garam masala powder

1 tsp Red chili powder

1 tsp Amchur powder

Salt to taste


For naan -


1 cup Refined flour

¼ tsp Baking powder

¼ tsp Baking soda

½ cup Beaten curd

1 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Sugar

Salt to taste

Water as required


For batter -


Refined Flour

Corn flour

Black pepper powder

Salt

Water as required


For coating -


Bread crumbs as required


For chili mayo sauce -


Chili sauce

Mayonnaise

White pepper powder


Other ingredients -


Slice cheese

Oil

Onion rings

Tomato rings

Chopped coriander leaves
