200gm Minced chicken
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
½ tsp Tikka / Tandoori masala
1 tsp Yogurt
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Mayonnaise (white)
1 packet Bread
Salt to taste
Two other ingredients are tandoori mayonnaise and green mayonnaise.
1.Take minced chicken in a bowl. Marinate with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, tikka masala, yogurt and salt to taste for 15 minutes.
2.Take mayonnaise in a pot, mix 1/2 tablespoon tandoori spices in it.
3.Take mayonnaise again in another container. Mix it with green food colour.
4.Take 3 tablespoons of white oil in a pan. When hot, fry the minced chicken in it. Let cool.
5.Take the bread, cut the edges around it. Roll the bread with a rolling pin.
6.Spread tandoori mayonnaise on one loaf, green mayonnaise on another loaf, gently roll with chicken bread on another loaf.
7.Take the roll with minced meat on top of the tandoori mayonnaise and roll it again. Gently roll the green mayonnaise on the bread with the previous two rolls and serve with tomato-chili sauce.
