BREAD FINGERS Recipe | by Sandipta's Cookery

Preparation time - 10 minute

Cooking time - 20 minute

Serve - 5

Ingredients -

For filling -

2 tsp Vegetable oil

1 cup Chicken boneless small cubs

1 tsp Chopped onion

1 tsp Chopped bellpapper

1 tsp Chopped ginger

1 tsp Chopped garlic

1 tsp Blackpepper powder

1 tsp Red chili sauce

1 tsp Soya sauce

1 tsp Tomato ketchup

Salt to taste

Flour slurry -

Refine flour


For coating -

½ tsp Blackpepper powder

1 nos Egg

2 tsp Water

10 nos Slice bread

Breadcrumbs as required

Salt to taste

Procedure -

Making filling -

1.In a wok,add oil,chopped onion,ginger - garlic,stir well for few minutes.

2. Add chopped bellpeppers,black pepper powder,saute for 2 minutes.

3. Add chicken cubes along with soya sauce,red chili sauce and ketchup,salt to taste. Mix well & set aside.

Flour slurry -

In a small bowl add refine flour,water and whisk well until smooth. The slurry is ready.

Making bread finger -

1.Cut corner of bread slices and roll out with the help of rolling pin.

2. Brush flour slurry one side of bread,then add chicken filling ,roll and seal the ends just like finger.

3. In a bowl add egg,water,salt, black paper powder and whisk well.

4. Now dip the fingers into beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.

5. In wok,heat cooking oil and fry fingers on medium flame until golden brown.
