Chatai paneer samosa

Singara or Samosa is a triangular shape we eat all the time. Today let's make a little different size, a little different taste.

Ingredients :-

Refined flour 2 cup

Dalda ¼ cup

Nigella seeds/ ajwain ½ tsp

Boiled potatoes 4 in big size

Coriander leaves 1tsp

Chopped ginger ½ tsp

Amchur powder 1 tsp

Red chili powder 1tsp

Fried spices 1 tsp

Cumin-cotiander powder ½ tsp

Cumin seeds 1tsp Paneer 6-7 pieces

Salt To taste


First step-

1.Take flour in a bowl, add kalojira / ajwain, dalda and salt to taste. Mix well.

2.Squeeze a little hard with cold water and cover for 10-15 minutes.

3.Put oil in the pan. When hot, add cumin seeds and stir for a while with chopped ginger.

4. Add paneer, shake it a little with chilli powder and salt to taste.

5.Stir in the boiled potato pieces, amchur powder, coriander-cumin powder and fried spices in the same oil.

6.before unloading add paneer & chopped coriander leaves.

Second step-

1.Cut large lentils from the dough.

2.Cut the edges into large loaves in the shape of a large loaf and cut them into squares.

3.Fold in like a mat with potato-paneer filling.

4.Deep fry in oil and serve hot.
