A veggie burger is a burger patty that does not contain meat. These burgers may be made from ingredients like beans, especially soybeans and tofu, nuts, grains, seeds or fungi such as mushrooms or mycoprotein. It can be made with different ingredients, so today let's go to Burger with corn and potatoes.

Corn filling -
1tsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Chopped ginger
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Amchur powder
2 nos Chopped green chillies
1 cup Chopped onion
3 nos Chopped tomatoes (medium)
1 tsp Red chili sauce
1 tsp Ketchup
1 cup Corn kernels
2 nos Mashed potatoes
½ cup Chopped belpeper(red, yellow, green)
1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
Salt & sugar according to taste
1.Set a pan on high heat,add oil & butter, chopped ginger- green chili. Saute for a minute.
2.Add the onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add chopped belpaper and saute for a minute, further add powdered spices,red chili sauce, ketchup and cook for 3 minutes.
4.Add tomatoes and salt,sugar to taste cook until tomatoes are mushy.
5.Add corn and mashed potatoes,mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minute.
6.Finish with chopped coriander leaves . The corn filling is ready.
1.Slice the burger in two halves and add sufficient corn filling. Top it with chopped onion,lemon juice, greated cheese and close the bun.
2. Set a pan on medium heat,add butter toast the burger on both sides until light golden brown.
