Ingredients -

To fry vegetables -


1 nos Carrot ( chopped)

1 cup Cauliflower

1 nos Potato( thinly sliced)

2 nos White bread (slice)

½ cup Cashew nuts

1 nos Onion ( chopped/slice)

Oil


For tempering -


1 inch Cinnamon stick

2 nos Green cardamom

4 nos Cloves

1 nos Bay leaves


Masala paste-


1 nos Onion

1 piece Ginger

4 cloves Garlic

4 nos Green chillies


Other ingredients -


½ tsp Turmeric powder

2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

1 tsp Cumin powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Garam masala powder

¼ tsp Cinnamon powder

½ cup Curd

1 nos Tomato ( chopped)

1 nos Capsicum ( chopped)

1 tbsp Coriander leaves( chopped)

Salt to taste

Oil

soaked basmati rice

Water

Saffron milk

Ghee


Procedure -


1. Heat a saucepan with water, when it's starts boiling add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, soaked basmati rice and cook until 80%. Then strain and keep aside.
