Ingredients -

For marinade-


300 gm Mutton keema

1 tbsp Red chili powder

½ tsp Turmeric powder

3 tbsp Whisked curd

2- 3 nos Green chili paste/ chopped

2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Ghee

Nutmeg powder

Salt to taste


For special masala -


Black peppercorn

Black cardamom

Green cardamom

Cloves


For tempering -


Ghee

2 tsp Refined oil

1 nos Bay leaves

2 nos Cloves

10 nos Black peppercorn

1 nos Black cardamom


Other ingredients-


2 tbsp Ghee

3 nos Chopped onions

½ cup Whisked curd

2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp Red chili powder

2 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Turmeric powder

½ tsp Cumin powder

1 pinch Asafoetida( optional)

1 pinch Garam masala powder

Chopped coriander leaves

Salt to taste


Procedure -


1. In a bowl add all the ingredients listed under "marinade" and keep aside for 30 min.
